WHAT IT'S GOOD AT

Valease, in practice

Accompaniment & wayfinding

A two-degree-of-freedom head and a face display make interaction natural, with speech recognition and synthesis for voice dialogue; it guides people through the facility and assists the elderly and mobility-impaired.

Load carrying & weighing

Carries up to 60 kg on an integrated weighing mechanism — shaped specifically around two standard large suitcases.

Layered sensing

A stereo depth camera in the head, a 270° LiDAR on the 1.2 m plane, a 180° near-field LiDAR and a seven-sensor ultrasonic near-field ring at the base — plus a fixed rear-facing depth camera.
